Brant Point Light

6x6 oil of Brant Point Light in Nantucket. I did this with a pallet knife, I took a class on pallet knife painting with Noah Mendelson the last time I was in San Miguel, and used his simple approach to do this painting. I' m no Noah but it's a fun way to paint.

This painting is from a photo I took in Owls Head, Maine. It is now being shown this Friday through Sunday, at the North River Art Society, in Mashfield, Ma. They are having their Christmas show, and there are many artist selling their works at very reasonable prices.
