Hyannisport Statue, 9x12 oil SOLD
This painting was born as I was driving through Hyannisport, and I saw this scene. I have driven the same route at least 100 times, but never saw the statue in a backyard. Ihad my camera, so i took a picture of it from the sidewalk. as luck would have it, the homeowner drove up. I said hello, and asked if she minded me taking pictures of her beautiful statue, and that I was going to paint it.She said she didn't mind and if she liked my painting she would purchase it. she said, that the statue has been there all along, she just cleared the brush, and there it was.
Stay tuned to see if she buys it. SOLD!
